Spirit Personality: Kirin is a generally mature and serious Zanpakuto, in contrast to his free-spirited welder, Johnny Shiba. Despite their personality differences, he and Johnny seem very close. Kirin is shown to be easily annoyed by him when goofing off during battle.

Description: Johnny will take his Zanpakuto and slam it into the ground tip first and release a electric current into the ground causing the ground to crumble and if the enemy is hit with this current he or she will be unable to move and go stiff but still be able to feel pain. (If user Durability is equal or greater then Johnny then the enemy won't be affect by the numbness. If not the enemy will be stun for one turn.)

Appearance:Once those words are said Johnny will raises his Zanpakutō above his head and produces a bolt of lightning from the blade which extends and transforms this is a Bankai of great Reiatsu. It is capable of affecting the weather, though its power is geared toward thunder and lightning storms, and it brings forth dark clouds to facilitate the use of its powers

When thrown, it produces an incredibly destructive explosion on impact, Johnny prefers to not use the attack at close range, most likely because the resulting blast would damage himself as well as his friends, While he can use these spears in rapid succession, he has difficulty controlling their trajectory.(The rang of this explosion is 10 yards. Its able to take down huge building with no problem it also causes a shock wave with the force to knock down weaker enemy. a reason why Johnny does not like to use this unless facing death situation) (This attack can also break thought some higher rank

History:Johnny born and grew up in a mountain area in Rukongai where he lived with his fellow Shiba clansmen. But the time Johnny was born the Shiba clan had fallen from its past and even lost its title as one of the Great Noble Houses. But when Johnny was born the higher up notice his high level of spiritual power and knew that this kid could bring back the Shiba name to notice and maybe become a noble clan again.

As the years went on the rumors began to spread hearing about a prodigy from the Shiba clan and because of that more and more Shinigami would come by to speak to him. It wasn't till 70 years that Shiba clan higher up allowed Johnny to join the Shin'ō Academy. The expectation were very high on Johnny began allowed to join at such a early age with the Shiba name really added the pressure for him to succeed at top of his class. In only one year the expectation became real as Johnny left the academy within a year and join squad 10. The story started to spread about this young kid who finish the academy just needing one year they started calling him the next big thing throwing out the word genius and prodigy whenever Johnny name was mention. As the years past so did Johnny reputation and clansmen were very proud of him. It was only three years later till Johnny made third seat only taking 130 years.

Now 70 years later Johnny is now Captain of Squad 10 and head of the Shiba clan even with his high status in the Gotie 13 and Soul Society the clan has yet regain its status as a noble clan. Johnny hopes he can one day bring back the title as a noble clan.

Personality:Johnny is a laid back man who is rarely seen without a smile. In his off time, he often caught drinking at the bars or taking naps in his office. He dose not like to get himself involved in things unless its absolutely necessary for him to take part of. Even when he does turn his serious side on and takes part in battle Johnny still can't be taking completely serious because he like to be somewhat comical, adding a bit of levity to situations so it adds some entertainment to him to. But whenever Johnny is angered or in combat (which is very hard to do), He is fairly calm, serious, and level-headed a personality rarely seen and feared.

Give me a range on the explosion's area of effect. I need to basically know how big of a blast will result from this.

I understand this technique has a descriptive range of "close" but I need an actual measurement of it's area of effect. Also, does it go against the users rei stat or durability? If they have a higher of which ever you choose, then they will not be paralyzed by said technique.

((Also on a side note. I noticed that your bankai description said you can control the weather and bring thunderstorms and such, rain and clouds and shit, sure. But understand that you can't rain down lightning just because storms are raging.))
